Responsibilities:
Data & Record Management: Ensure that all digital and physical files are readily available and current by maintaining, updating, and organizing company databases.
Operational Support: Help various departments (Sales, Finance, HR) with administrative duties like scheduling, processing applications, and creating reports.
Documentation & Filing: Create invoices, draft formal communications, and oversee the "Know Your Customer" (KYC) or compliance documentation procedure.
Inventory and Procurement: Keep an eye on stock levels of office supplies and work with vendors to ensure prompt delivery and procurement.
Communication Coordination: Oversee internal communication channels, respond to emails, and forward requests to the relevant departments.
Financial Support: Help the accounts team with data entry into accounting software, basic bookkeeping, and tracking expenses.
QualityChecks: To make sure that data entries and documents adhere to company policies and accuracy standards, conduct regular audits.
Required Skills:
Software Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of fundamental ERP systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data sorting and formulae.
Organizational Skills: Outstanding capacity for time management and work prioritization in a hectic setting.
High accuracy in data processing and a "perfectionist" attitude to filing and documenting are examples of attention to detail.
Confidentiality: A strong sense of morality when managing private client or business data.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
