Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Machine Setup and Operation: Choose the appropriate tooling, load raw materials onto the machine, and start production cycles in accordance with pre-programmed instructions.
Blueprint Interpretation: To make sure the final product complies with the planned design, read and understand intricate engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
Quality Inspection: Conduct regular in-process inspections of parts using precise measurement instruments.
changes: To maintain parts within predetermined tolerances, keep an eye on machine performance and make any required tool wear or work offset changes.
Maintenance: To avoid part flaws and machine damage, track tool life, spot worn-out or broken inserts, and replace them.
Troubleshooting: Help maintenance experts with intricate repairs; detect and report small technical issues or alarm codes.
Deburring: To guarantee that parts are prepared for production, carry out secondary procedures like deburring, cleaning, and simple surface finishing.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
