Job Description:
Our medical billing division's "Financial Data Architect" and "Revenue Trend Custodian" is the Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst (Revenue Cycle Analytics Specialist). Your main goal is to audit, evaluate, and maximize the liquid recovery of unpaid healthcare claims—converting complicated rejection patterns, aging accounts, and financial bottlenecks into predictable, high-yield revenue flow for healthcare institutions. Serving as the "Guardian of Revenue Efficiency," you go beyond simple outbound contacting and assume direct execution responsibility for key revenue metric modeling, payment variation audits, root-cause denial mapping, and macro-aging analysis.

Key Skills:
US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analytics Mastery: In-depth knowledge of advanced denial resolution techniques, provider reimbursement tracks, and end-to-end US healthcare billing ecosystems.
Payer Guideline & Policy Literacy: Comprehensive understanding of government and commercial insurance systems (Medicare, Medicaid, PPO, HMO), as well as timely filing requirements and benefit coordination regulations.
Medical Coding & Documentation Familiarity: Excellent ability to audit modifier accuracy and verify medical necessity criteria by cross-referencing claims using standard ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding schemes.
Advanced Root-Cause Problem Deconstruction: Excellent logical and mathematical abilities to transform unstructured billing data into distinct trend groups and process fixes at the macro level.
