Who you are:
Organize and carry out planned maintenance procedures on all manufacturing equipment, utilizing instruments such as thermal scanning and vibration analysis to repair parts before they break. Identify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic problems to get lines spinning safely while offering prompt, professional-level hands-on assistance during unforeseen equipment failures. Programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, and automated robotic systems can all be troubleshooted and adjusted to maximize machine cycles Collaborate with line supervisors to instruct machine workers in self-sufficient maintenance practices such as routine cleaning, lubrication, and daily safety inspections. Manage the inventory of critical spare parts, keeping high-wear components (such as belts, relays, and seals) stocked while avoiding unnecessary inventory overhead expenses.
