Duties:
End-to-end hiring: Find applicants via networking, social media, and employment portals; perform preliminary screenings and schedule interviews with department heads.
Onboarding and Induction: Create and carry out orientation programs for new personnel to guarantee a seamless integration into the business culture and a thorough comprehension of work responsibilities.
personnel Record Management: Keep track of and update both digital and paper personnel records, such as performance reviews, contracts, and attendance logs.
Support for Performance Management: Help with the yearly performance review procedure, goal-setting, and paperwork for staff raises or promotions.
Employee Engagement: To improve staff morale and retention, plan team-building exercises, joyous occasions, and wellness initiatives.
Grievance Redressal: Serve as the initial point of contact for questions and issues raised by staff members, guaranteeing prompt resolution in compliance with corporate guidelines.
Focus Skills:
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding capacity to establish rapport and respond diplomatically and empathetically to delicate situations.
Recruitment Tools: Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Communication: Excellent written and vocal communication skills for creating newsletters, emails, and policies.
Analytical Ability: Proficiency with MS Excel for reporting, data tracking, and fundamental HR analytics.
