Your Duties:
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Create and carry out planned maintenance (PM) plans and use condition-monitoring methods to anticipate malfunctions.
Lead the quick reaction to equipment failures and carry out root cause analysis (RCA) to guarantee that technical problems are fixed once and for all.
Oversee the upkeep and functioning of the plant's utilities, such as the power distribution units, boilers, air compressors, and HVAC systems.
Machine Installation & Commissioning: Ensure that new manufacturing machinery is assembled, leveled, and tested in accordance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
Vendor and AMC Management: Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts for sophisticated equipment and work with outside service providers to arrange specialized fixes.
Total Productive Maintenance: Put TPM techniques into practice and teach production workers "autonomous maintenance" so they can carry out routine daily inspections.
