Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Chiller & Cooling Tower Management: To avoid part warping and cycle time fluctuations, maintain and troubleshoot industrial chillers and cooling towers to guarantee constant mold temperatures.
Compressed Air Systems: Manage high-efficiency air dryers and compressors to supply dry, pure air for part ejection and pneumatic actuators.
Water Treatment & Chemistry: To avoid scaling in mold cooling channels and machine heat exchangers, keep an eye on and maintain the process water's quality (TDS, pH levels).
HVAC & Cleanroom Maintenance: Keep up with plant ventilation and air conditioning systems, making sure that the air is properly filtered and changed, especially if the mold is for the electronics or medical industries.
Resource Optimization: To meet sustainability targets and cut operating expenses, monitor and minimize water waste and Specific Energy Consumption (SEC).
