Job Description
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Quality Planning: Create and execute inspection plans and Quality Management Systems (QMS) for raw materials, in-process components, and completed goods.
Statistical Process Control (SPC): To detect and reduce process variances, track production performance using SPC tools, control charts, and capability analysis.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Use techniques like 8D, 5-Whys, and Fishbone diagrams to conduct investigations into non-conformities and consumer complaints in order to put long-term corrective measures in place.
Supplier Quality Management: To make sure external components fulfill business requirements, audit supplier facilities and assess the quality of incoming materials.
Standardization and Compliance: Make sure that all production procedures follow global guidelines like ISO or IATF.
New Product Introduction (NPI): Work together with R&D and Production to carry out the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for new launches.
