High-Speed Alpha-Numeric Data Processing: Easily enter customer, financial, inventory, or operational data into target system databases using digital scans, voice notes, or raw physical sheets.
Source Document Verification Audits: Before starting the data entry process, check incoming papers for clear legibility, completeness, and authorization stamps to weed out erroneous records.
Database Reconciliation & Verification: Use data-cleaning checks to identify and correct errors, misspellings, and misplaced decimal points by cross-referencing recently entered information with primary source files.
Duplicate Detection & Purging: To keep a relational database structure clean, periodically scan previous sheets to find, combine, or remove duplicate accounts.
Batch Digital Scanning & Indexing: Use fast document scanners to scan paper forms into safe cloud PDFs, then apply common metadata tags for easy departmental searches.
Required Skills:
Superb 10-Key & Keyboard Typing Fluidity: When using a 10-key numeric pad, typing performance is high and precision is great.
Advanced Spreadsheet Software Proficiency: Extremely adept at using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel shortcuts, data filtering, sorting settings, and column formatting.
High Mental Focus & Discrepancy Spotting: Excellent situational endurance to identify transposed characters, missing digits, or little mistakes in lengthy text and number lines.
System Search Navigation Speed: Quick familiarity with cloud folders, bespoke database search tools, and basic browser interfaces to quickly change information.
