Your Duties:
Outbound Direct Sales Execution: Use cold, warm, or inbound leads to pitch, negotiate, and close deals for our range of goods and services through high-volume outbound telemarketing campaigns.
End-to-End Deal Closure Management: Handle every step of the transactional process over the phone, including the needs analysis and initial presentation, price structure negotiations, payment information collection, and contract signing.
Objection Handling & Value Anchoring: By anchoring pitches to obvious value features and instant ROI measurements, you may overcome strong customer opposition, price sensitivity, and competition stall tactics.
Updating and maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software databases with accurate call logs, pipeline phases, and transaction histories is known as CRM ledger maintenance and pipeline tracking.
Quota Adherence & SLA Commitment: Maintain strong conversion rates while consistently hitting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly direct sales targets.
