Duties:
International Client Interaction: Respond to incoming and outgoing calls from clients throughout the world, answering complicated questions about goods, services, or technical problems.
Cultural navigation: Modify communication methods and manners to fit the particular geographic area being served.
Troubleshooting & Support: Adhere to worldwide standards and knowledge bases to address consumer complaints and technological obstacles.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: (For Sales/Revenue procedures) During the conversation, look for chances to provide foreign clients with extra value-added services or goods.
CRM & Data Accuracy: Make sure all data complies with foreign privacy regulations (such as GDPR) by recording thorough and accurate summaries of interactions in the Global CRM system.
KPI Compliance: Regularly get high ratings in global benchmarks, such as AHT (Average Handle Time), NPS (Net Promoter Score), and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).
Focus Skills:
Linguistic Mastery: Outstanding knowledge of the English language with clear diction, a neutral accent, and the capacity to comprehend a variety of regional dialects.
Active Listening: Excellent capacity to hear, understand, and react to foreign clients without being hindered by a language barrier.
Technical literacy is the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, multi-line phone systems, and sophisticated CRM technologies.
Flexibility and resilience: the capacity to work night shifts on a rotating basis while maintaining productivity under duress or during busy international business hours.
Interpersonal Etiquette: The capacity to establish rapport with individuals from a variety of cultural backgrounds and a high degree of professional empathy.
