Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Respond to incoming and outgoing calls in Hindi with professionalism to help clients with questions about products, requests for services, or complaints.
Query Resolution: Pay close attention to what customers have to say, determine the underlying causes of problems, and use the internal knowledge base to deliver precise answers.
Information Accuracy: To deliver accurate information on billing, troubleshooting, or service plans, stay current on company goods, features, and policies.
Data Documentation: Keep thorough records of all customer interactions in the CRM system, making sure that all remarks are precise, understandable, and useful.
Performance Metrics: Regularly achieve or surpass operational KPIs, such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Quality Scores, and Average Handle Time (AHT).
Escalation management is the process of identifying and reporting complicated problems that call for higher-level assistance while giving the client precise deadlines for their resolution.
