Your Duties:
Installation & Commissioning: Oversee the on-site assembly, leveling, and startup of new industrial machinery; prior to final handover, confirm that all systems adhere to manufacturer standards.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform deep cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement during planned service visits for clients covered by annual maintenance contracts.
Emergency Troubleshooting: In order to identify and fix mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues, respond to "Machine Down" calls by visiting client locations.
Technical Training: Teach the client's operators and maintenance staff how to properly operate, follow safety procedures, and maintain the equipment on a daily basis.
Warranty Management: Assess on-site component failures to see if they are covered by warranty; work with the spare parts division to arrange prompt replacements.
