Responsibilities:
Database Hygiene & Records Upkeep: Enter, update, validate, and clean customer profiles, vendor directories, inventory data, and commercial transaction logs in a methodical manner throughout the central repository.
Administrative Document Architecture: Create, prepare, and catalog important business outgoing documents, such as vendor service orders, delivery receipts, commercial invoices, and purchase requisitions.
Cross-Functional Team Alignment: Serve as the main operational conduit for important project approvals between front-end teams (Sales, Customer Success) and backend cells (Accounts, Logistics, HR).
Report Synthesis & Analytics Support: To create weekly and monthly activity reports for management review, collect, filter, and organize raw operational indicators.
Inbound Query Processing: Make sure that inbound support tickets, digital application forms, or vendor bids are validated and assigned to the appropriate team by the deadline by reviewing and sorting them.
Required Skills:
Advanced Spreadsheet Literacy: Excellent operational comfort when using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, particularly when sorting data rows, applying filters, utilizing text-to-columns capabilities, and employing simple arithmetic formulas.
Data Entry Speed and Precision: Quick, touch-typing alphanumeric keyboard abilities with a zero-tolerance attitude for dropped lines or typos.
Multi-Tasking Workflow Organization: Outstanding structural flexibility to switch between entirely distinct backend tracks, such as tracking shipment logs and sorting invoices, without sacrificing delivery speeds.
Analytical Reading Comprehension: The capacity to quickly extract important figures and input fields from lengthy text forms, contracts, or vendor invoices.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
