Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Alphanumeric RecordTranscription: Enter financial values, inventory codes, numeric arrays, and complex text data rows into enterprise software portals from physical files, image documents, or raw text blocks.
Source Document Validation: Before entering data into the database, cross-check incoming data batches against structural validation rules to look for illegible handwriting, incomplete forms, or formatting errors.
InformationRectification & De-duplication: To preserve database hygiene, do both automated and human data deduplication checks, finding and fixing overlapping entries, orphan records, and past field errors.
High-Volume BulkAppending: Process customer accounts, product SKU lists, compliance logs, or transaction ledgers while maintaining quick data entry momentum across deep database tables without sacrificing accuracy.
Missing Field Extraction: To extract missing profile parameters or make sense of unintelligible text values in receiving records, work closely with internal account coordinates, branch handlers, or inventory teams.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree
