Your Duties:
Mechanical Fitting & Assembly: Read, interpret, and follow multi-step engineering drawings, blue-print diagrams, and structural schematics to assemble machinery components, shafts, bearings, and gearboxes.
Precision Bench Work Operations: Execute standard bench fitter operations—including high-accuracy manual filing, scraping, sawing, drilling, and thread tapping—to ensure interlocking metal components fit perfectly.
Machinery Installation & Alignment: Position, level, and align newly built or serviced industrial machinery, using dial indicators, spirit levels, and plum bobs to achieve zero-tolerance vibration balances.
Marking & Structural Layouts: Apply blue layout dye and use engineering scribes, dividers, and trammels to accurately score physical measurement lines onto raw metal plates before machining or cutting.
Fastening & Pipeline Connection: Assemble high-pressure fluid pipelines, pneumatic circuit joints, and heavy structural frameworks using appropriate industrial bolts, gaskets, seals, and pins.
