Job Description
Duties:
Auxiliary System Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of vital utilities such as air compressors, dehumidifier dryers, cooling towers, and chillers.
Cooling Water Management: Keep an eye on the mold cooling circuit's temperature and flow, and control the water's chemistry to keep the heat exchangers from corroding or scaling.
Electrical Infrastructure: To guarantee continuous power to the molding machines, supervise the operation of the electrical substation, transformers, DG sets, and UPS systems.
Hydraulic System Support: Help keep central hydraulic oil cooling systems in good working order and make sure the filter devices are preventing oil contamination.
Pneumatic Network Oversight: Ensure that the plant's compressed air network is maintained at the ideal pressure levels for robotic pick-and-place systems and pneumatic actuators.
Energy Management: Examine electricity usage trends to find areas where energy can be saved to lower operating expenses.

Focus Skills:
Multidisciplinary Knowledge: Expertise in heavy industrial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Thermodynamics & Heat Transfer: Excellent knowledge of heat exchanger efficiency, cooling load calculations, and refrigeration cycles.
Troubleshooting: The capacity to identify problems with mechanical pumping systems, VFDs, and PLC-based utility controls.
Utility Metering: Proficiency in auditing system performance utilizing flow meters, thermal cameras, and energy meters.
Safety and LOTO: Strict observance of safety regulations, such as high-voltage safety and utility equipment Lock-Out Tag-Out protocols.
