Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Component Assembly: Use power tools, hand tools, or specialty assembly fixtures to fit, fasten, and install components.
Blueprint & SOP Interpretation: To guarantee the proper order of activities, read and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, technical manuals, and assembly drawings.
Quality Inspection: Examine completed assemblies both visually and functionally to find problems such weak connections, missing pieces, or aesthetic issues.
Equipment Operation: Follow safety regulations when operating semi-automated equipment, such as press machines, soldering stations, or adhesive dispensers.
Material Management: To maintain a steady flow and avoid production bottlenecks, arrange and restock components at the workstation.
Testing and Calibration: Make that the assembled product functions as intended by using simple testing tools.
Documentation: Use digital tracking systems or daily shift reports to record production numbers, rejection counts, and any equipment issues.
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
