Responsibilities:
Preventive and predictive maintenance involves carrying out planned maintenance procedures (such as lubrication, part replacement, and calibration) and using thermal imaging or vibration analysis to anticipate problems before they arise.
Breakdown Repair: In order to restore production, react quickly to equipment breakdowns by conducting a root cause analysis and fixing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical components.
Troubleshooting PLCs and Automation: Identify and fix problems with automated systems, such as robotic arms, HMI interfaces, and PLC logic.
Spare parts management involves keeping a vital supply of spare parts on hand, making sure that high-wear products are constantly available, and minimizing inventory expenses.
Plant utilities, such as air compressors, boilers, HVAC systems, power generators, and water treatment facilities, should be maintained under the supervision of utility management.
Total Productive Maintenance: To promote a culture of equipment ownership, apply TPM techniques and train machine operators on independent maintenance chores.
Required Skills:
Multi-Technical Expertise: The ability to interpret mechanical blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and electrical circuit diagrams.
Troubleshooting Mastery: A rational method for identifying problems in intricate electromechanical systems.
KPI Awareness: Knowledge of Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
Physical stamina: The capacity to operate under strenuous industrial settings, such as cramped quarters or heights.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
