Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Process Capability & Design: Make sure that machinery and workflows can maintain the necessary tolerances by developing and implementing quality standards for both new and current manufacturing processes.
Documentation Control: Take charge of the development and upkeep of Core Tools documentation, such as Control Plans, PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Process Flow Diagrams.
Root Cause Investigation: Use organized approaches like 8D, 5-Whys, and Ishikawa diagrams to assist cross-functional teams in resolving internal and external quality issues.
Statistical Monitoring: To identify early indicators of process drift before faults arise, implement and supervise Statistical Process Control (SPC) on the shop floor.
Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) should be used in Gage R&R Studies to make sure that all inspection tools and staff are producing reliable and consistent data.
