Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance the quality management system (QMS) in compliance with industry standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485.
Process Validation & Auditing: To guarantee adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, conduct routine internal audits of production processes and oversee external/supplier audits.
Root Cause Analysis: Use tools like 8D, Fishbone diagrams, or the 5 Whys to lead inquiries into non-conforming products or customer complaints.
Process Control: Keep an eye on the health of production by examining data patterns, figuring out CP/CPK values, and using control charts to anticipate and stop process changes.
PPAP and APQP: Oversee the Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Processes to guarantee that new products are prepared for mass manufacturing.
Testing and Inspection: Establish sampling programs and inspection standards; supervise the calibration of all test and measurement apparatus.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
