Installation & Commissioning: Oversee the on-site configuration of new equipment, making sure that all software, electrical, and mechanical parts are integrated and operating in accordance with specifications.
Preventive Maintenance (PM): To avoid unscheduled machine downtime for the client, schedule service visits to carry out inspections, lubrication, and part replacements.
Technical troubleshooting: Identify intricate electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and carry out superior repairs.
Customer Training: To guarantee long-term dependability, teach client operators and maintenance personnel how to safely operate and maintain the equipment on a daily basis.
Spare Parts Management: Determine which spare parts are needed for repairs, estimate costs, and work with the supply chain team to guarantee prompt delivery to the location.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
