Job Description
Impact:
Delivering intricate, value-added assemblies that go beyond simple moulding will determine the future of plastic component production. In order to achieve world-class quality and speed in the final product build, we are constructing an integrated production line where automated and manual assembly operations are seamlessly optimised for lean manufacturing principles.
Key Responsibilities:
You will independently manage the technical aspects of the assembly department. This includes developing and documenting assembly standard operating procedures (SOPs), designing and commissioning all necessary assembly jigs, fixtures, and semi-automated equipment, performing cycle time analysis to optimize line balance, and implementing strategies to eliminate assembly defects. You will be the sole owner of the assembly line's efficiency, yield rate, and direct labor cost, directly influencing our production scalability and profitability. Your expertise in process flow, tooling design, and continuous improvement methodologies will have a direct and tangible impact on our company's success.
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
