Who you are:
Use dial indications to safely mount and align intricate work-holding devices like hydraulic vices, fourth-axis rotary tables, or bespoke fixtures. Choose and put together the appropriate cutting instruments, then enter exact tool diameter and length offsets into the controller. To confirm tool paths and make sure there are no conflicts with the workpiece or fixtures, upload NC files and run "Single Block" or "Dry Run" executions. Use a CMM, height gauges, or profile projectors to run the first piece of a new batch and conduct a 100% dimensional check. Make on-machine G-code/M-code changes to minimize cycle durations, account for tool wear, or fix small programming errors. To get the optimum surface polish and tool longevity, modify spindle speeds, feed rates, and coolant placement.
