Responsibilities:
High-Volume Telephone Engagement: Maintain tight adherence to quality control parameters, security protocols, and operational compliance benchmarks while managing and carrying out consecutive live client conversations (inbound queries or outward outreach).
Active Discovery & Problem Diagnosis: Use centralized knowledge bases to provide prompt solutions without needless escalations while engaging in thorough active listening to analyze caller concerns.
Perfect CRM Log Documentation: During live calls, concurrently record thorough, organized call summaries, case resolutions, and customer updates within the corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) architecture.
Cross-Functional Ticket Routing: Create precise diagnostic tracking tickets, identify and flag Tier-2 or specialized technical problems, and then seamlessly forward them to backend engineering divisions.
De-escalation and Conflict Neutralization: Use focused communication frameworks to manage high-stress talks with irate or perplexed callers in order to defuse tense circumstances and rebuild consumer trust.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
