Duties:
Multi-Channel Written Engagement: Strictly follow corporate tone-of-voice and formatting rules while managing and resolving customer inquiries using professional email ticketing systems and live chat platforms.
Complex Data Transaction Processing: Use the central enterprise database to carry out backend administrative duties such order processing, account updates, claim verifications, and documentation audits.
Active Textual Diagnosis & Resolution: Examine incoming textual requests to find underlying problems, then use centralized knowledge bases to provide quick, precise fixes using custom drafting or pre-approved macros.
Simultaneous High-Concurrency Chat Management: Oversee several active live-chat sessions at once, ensuring quick reaction times without sacrificing professionalism or resolution accuracy.
Perfect CRM & Ticketing Documentation: Ensure a full digital audit trail for each case by updating, classifying, and closing support tickets inside the corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) architecture.
Focus Skills:
Superior Written English Articulation: Outstanding written English fluency with flawless grammar, a professional vocabulary, and the capacity to modify tone according to client sentiment.
High-Speed Alphanumeric Data Entry: Outstanding keyboard speed and accuracy, with a zero-tolerance policy for typos or data errors, while maintaining high Words Per Minute (WPM) counts.
CRM & Chat Software Navigation Fluency: The ease of use of common support architectures and chat interfaces, such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Freshdesk, Intercom, or LiveChat.
Analytical Reading & Information Synthesis: Excellent ability to swiftly process complicated customer communications, separating the main issue from irrelevant details to deliver a succinct, useful response.
