ATS Candidate Tracking Competency: Excellent ability to monitor application progress via recruitment software platforms, such as Lever, Greenhouse, Taleo, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong knowledge of local statutes, labor laws, payroll deduction procedures, and workplace safety regulations is known as regional employment law literacy.
Advanced Tracking Spreadsheet Engineering: Robust operational comfort using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to create hiring trackers, clean data lists, and determine attrition rates.
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
