Job Description:
Responsibilities:
System Development & Maintenance: Oversee the document control system, making sure that Quality Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions (WIs) are updated and adhered to on the shop floor.
Lead internal quality audits and serve as the main point of contact for customer audits and external certification organizations like ISO/IATF.
Lead the process of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) and Root Cause Analysis. Examine molding flaws like flash, short shots, or silver streaks using tools like 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone diagrams.
Support for NPI and APQP: Attend New Product Introduction (NPI) meetings and contribute to the creation of Control Plans and Advanced Product Quality Planning.
PPAP Documentation: Create and manage packages for the Production Part Approval Process, making sure that all 18 components are checked for new molds.
Statistical Process Control (SPC): Use SPC tools (Cp, Cpk) to track machine performance and part dimensions in order to spot process changes before they lead to non-conforming products.
Vendor Quality Management: To guarantee incoming quality standards, audit suppliers of raw materials (granules/masterbatch) and mold manufacturers.
Continuous Improvement: Promote "Kaizen" and Lean projects to lower scrap rates and raise the molding department's "First Time Right" (FTR) percentages.

Education: Diploma/BE in Any Specialization
