Resolution of Conflict: Use de-escalation strategies appropriate for the cultural background of the local audience to calmly deal with upset clients.
Performance Metrics: Average Handling Time, Quality Scores, and First Call Resolution goals should all be regularly met.
Outreach & Sales: Make cold calls to potential customers who speak Tamil in order to generate leads, advertise products, or remind them to make payments.
