Job Description:
The "Voice of the Company" and "Real-Time Problem-Solving Anchor" of our front-line customer experience division is the Voice Process Executive (Customer Relationship & Inbound/Outbound Resolutions Specialist). Managing high-volume telephone customer interaction loops is your main responsibility. This involves turning inbound service requests, complicated questions, real-time product confusion, and active consumer complaints into prompt remedies, favorable customer sentiment, and increased loyalty. As the "Guardian of First-Contact Resolution and Verbal Brand Identity," you assume direct execution responsibility for responding to incoming call streams, carrying out focused outbound verification or service outreach, navigating backend lookup screens in real time while on the phone, and methodically recording interaction results.
Key Duties:
High-Volume Call Execution: In organized shift scenarios, handle constant streams of incoming or outgoing voice conversations while providing clients with impactful, understandable, and useful resolutions.
Active Listening & Diagnostic Vetting: Quickly evaluate client concerns using verbal cues, deciphering intricate grievances with compassion to identify fundamental technical or transactional mistakes.
Live Database Navigation: During live calls, navigate internal data networks with ease. Track order logs, look up account entries, and process changes without losing the flow of the conversation.
CRM Interaction Logging: Within the corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, record comprehensive call results, take milestone notes, classify query kinds, and initiate automated follow-up tasks.
Escalation Loop Governance: Clearly route unresolvable anomalies to senior tier-2 experts and use authorized conflict-resolution strategies to de-escalate extremely anxious or irate callers.
