Job Description
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Cooling System Management: Keep an eye on the industrial chillers and cooling towers' chemical treatment and functioning to guarantee accurate mold temperature management and consistent cycle times.
Compressed Air Systems: To supply dry, clean air for robotic pick-and-place systems and pneumatic components, maintain air compressors, dryers, and filter units.
Electrical Infrastructure: To guarantee a steady power supply and reduce production losses during outages, control the HT/LT power distribution, transformers, and diesel generator sets.
Material Feeding Systems: Keep up with blenders, dehumidifying dryers, and centralized vacuum loading systems that get plastic resins ready for molding.
HVAC & Ventilation: To avoid contamination and preserve operator comfort, make sure the production area and cleanrooms have enough climate control and ventilation.
Preventative and Predictive Maintenance: To avoid "breakdown" situations, follow planned maintenance schedules for all utility equipment.
