Responsibilities:
Facility Management: Keep an eye on the upkeep and cleanliness of the office space, making sure that all furnishings, equipment, and utilities are in top operating order.
Vendor and Procurement Management: Find outside suppliers, maintain connections with them, and make sure office supply purchases stay within budget.
Front Desk & Visitor Management: Maintain a high level of professionalism when managing the reception area, welcoming guests, and taking incoming calls and distributing mail.
Coordination of Travel and Logistics: Plan senior management and staff travel schedules, hotel reservations, and transportation.
Event & Meeting Planning: Plan corporate gatherings, internal meetings, and parties, taking care of technical setup, food, and hotel reservations.
Record Keeping & Documentation: Keep employee, contract, and business documents in an orderly filing system while maintaining data confidentiality.
Required Skills:
The capacity to prioritize competing projects and adhere to strict deadlines.
Communication: Proficient in both writing and speaking for both internal and external memos.
Computer literacy is the ability to use basic office applications and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Solving problems: The capacity to handle little repairs, office disputes, or logistical issues on one's own.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
