Finding and fixing paint-related flaws will require your proficiency with paint application procedures, inspection techniques (such as thickness gauges and gloss meters), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
You may directly affect defect rates, cut expenses, and promote a continuous improvement culture by examining production data, putting corrective measures into place, and working with the production team.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
