In order to accomplish high volume and zero-defect output, the CNC operator's job is becoming increasingly sophisticated and involves more than just operating machines. It also involves interpreting programming, ensuring quality, and optimising processes in real time.
Desired Outcomes:
Setting up, running, and maintaining CNC milling and/or turning equipment will fall under your purview. Your ability to decipher intricate engineering designs, read and edit G-code and M-code, and precisely load tools and work offsets will be essential. Using precision measuring tools (such as callipers and micrometres), you will regularly conduct in-process quality checks. You will also work with programmers and engineers to minimise cycle times and maximise machine efficiency. Our product quality and manufacturing efficiency will be directly impacted by your accuracy and attentiveness.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
