Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
What You will do:
Enhance Production: You will be in charge of managing the paint shop's day-to-day activities and making sure that all deadlines and financial constraints are fulfilled.
Drive Quality: To find and fix problems that could compromise paint quality, like surface flaws, runs, or irregularities, you will collaborate closely with the quality control team.
Be the Problem-Solver: In order to reduce downtime, you will identify and fix complicated production problems as they appear, such as materials supply bottlenecks or equipment faults.
Lead a Group: You will cultivate a culture of safety, effectiveness, and ongoing development by mentoring and directing a group of operators and technicians.
Put Best Practices into Practice: You will find areas where processes can be improved and suggest changes or additions to boost output, cut down on waste, and increase energy efficiency.
