It's about optimising for material efficiency and environmental impact while utilising automated systems, robots, and advanced analytics to consistently produce a perfect finish.
Desired Outcomes:
You will be in charge of running our paint production line on a daily basis, which includes supervising schedules, controlling spending, and applying lean manufacturing techniques. Success will depend on your capacity to evaluate performance indicators, diagnose and resolve challenging paint application and curing problems, and coach and inspire your team. You will directly contribute to our continuous improvement activities by identifying and implementing solutions that enhance productivity, decrease waste, and improve quality.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Location: In And Around Chennai
