Your ability to analyze performance metrics, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor and motivate your team will be crucial for success. You will directly contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing solutions that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
Experience: 5 to 8 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Mechatronics
