Our ongoing problems include managing intricate mould fabrication and maintenance, maintaining strict quality requirements for all incoming materials, regulating fluctuating raw material (resins) pricing, and guaranteeing on-time delivery for continuous production cycles. Our profitability and capacity to satisfy market expectations depend critically on obtaining premium materials at competitive prices while reducing supply risks. To strategically lead our procurement process, cultivate enduring supplier relationships, and promote cost reductions throughout our specialised operations, we require a highly skilled and imaginative Purchase Head.

Role:
As our Purchase Head, you will be the strategic architect of our supply chain excellence within the injection moulding domain. Your leadership and negotiation prowess will directly influence our profitability, production continuity, and product quality. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive procurement strategies for critical materials (e.g., polymers, colorants), specialized injection moulds, and ancillary components. This includes strategic sourcing, rigorous vendor selection and development, astute contract negotiation, and robust inventory management to minimize holding costs and prevent stockouts.

Experience: 10 to 13 yrs
