Junior Line Quality Engineer Entry Level QA Role
Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and meticulous Quality Engineer - Line Checking to be a critical part of our manufacturing team. You'll be on the front lines, ensuring the quality of our products during the production process, identifying and resolving issues in real-time to maintain the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
In-Process Inspection & Monitoring: Conduct regular and systematic inspections of products at various stages of the production line to ensure strict adherence to specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Non-Conformance Management: Identify, document, and immediately address non-conformances or deviations detected during line checks. Initiate containment actions and support rapid problem resolution directly on the shop floor.
Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action: Collaborate closely with production and other engineering teams to conduct immediate root cause analysis for identified defects and implement effective corrective actions on the line.
Process Adherence & Training: Verify that production processes are being followed according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Provide on-the-spot training and guidance to production operators on quality requirements and best practices.
