We're looking for a highly skilled and meticulous CNC Setter to join our precision manufacturing team. In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for preparing and setting up Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines for production, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to top quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Setup: Accurately set up CNC machines by mounting and aligning fixtures, installing the correct cutting tools, and loading/offsetting CNC programs.
Program & Tooling Adjustment: Perform trial runs, adjust machine offsets, and fine-tune parameters to achieve required part dimensions and surface finishes.
Quality Verification: Conduct thorough first-piece inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet blueprint specifications.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic machine or tooling issues during setup and initial production runs, collaborating with CNC Programmers or Maintenance as needed
