Your Contribution:
Accurate Payroll Processing: Complying with company policies and legal requirements, accurately and promptly preparing and processing payroll for all employees, including salaries, wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
Compliance & Reporting: Making sure that all applicable labour laws, payroll tax laws, and state and federal regulations are strictly followed, as well as preparing statutory reports as needed.
Reconciliation & Verification: Completing comprehensive payroll reconciliations, confirming the accuracy of the data, and immediately and competently handling any inconsistencies or questions from management or staff regarding payroll.
System management is the process of efficiently using and maintaining payroll software to guarantee data accuracy and system effectiveness.
Employee Support: Serving as the main point of contact for enquiries about employee payroll, offering concise explanations and skilfully and empathetically resolving problems.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate and organized payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and ease of retrieval for audits or inquiries.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Location: In And Around Chennai
Immediate Joiner Mostly Preferred
