Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping: Keep track of everyday transactions, such as accruals, income, and expenses, in the general ledger.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee the entire A/P and A/R cycle, making sure that processing and reconciliation are done on time.
Bank Reconciliation: To make sure system balances match bank statements, do monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
Tax Compliance: Ensure that statutory regulations are followed while preparing and filing regular tax returns.
Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly cash flow, balance sheet, and profit and loss statements for management review.
Audit Support: Create the schedules and paperwork required for both internal and external audits.
Budget Monitoring: Keep tabs on departmental spending in relation to authorized budgets and notify top management of any notable deviations.
Payroll Processing: Work with HR to arrange for the processing of monthly payroll, which includes statutory contributions, bonuses, and deductions.

Required Skills:
knowledge of accounting software.
advanced familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
solid knowledge of tax legislation and accounting fundamentals.
high degree of precision and focus.
