Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Facility Management: Manage the upkeep of office buildings, including workplace distribution, cleaning, and repairs.
Managing external vendors for stationery, pantry supplies, housekeeping, and AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts) is known as vendor management.
Procurement & Inventory: Keep an eye on the quantity of office supplies and oversee the entire procurement process, from submitting buy orders to confirming delivery and handling invoicing.
Front Desk & Hospitality: Oversee the reception area, answer incoming phones and mail, and plan the travel and lodging of clients or visiting executives.
Health and Safety Compliance: Verify that the workplace complies with safety regulations, such as fire drills, first-aid kit upkeep, and ergonomic workstation arrangements.
Event Coordination: Plan town halls, meetings, and internal company events. This includes setting up the audio-visual equipment, renting a space, and arranging refreshments.
Asset tracking: Keep a current inventory of all corporate property, including laptops, furniture, and equipment, and oversee the process of issuing and returning them.
Budget Monitoring: Monitor monthly spending on administrative costs to find areas where costs can be reduced without sacrificing quality.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
