Your Duties:
Sourcing and Talent Mapping: Actively seek out possible applicants via a variety of platforms, such as professional networks, social media, job boards (Naukri, Indeed), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Analyze requirements: Work with department leaders to comprehend team culture, technical requirements, and the "ideal candidate profile" for available positions.
Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate candidates' technical fit, communication abilities, and cultural fit through preliminary phone and video interviews.
Interview Coordination: Oversee the whole interview process, making sure that candidates and the internal recruiting panel communicate effectively.
Stakeholder Management: Inform hiring managers on a frequent basis on market developments, pipeline health, and any hiring process obstacles.
Salary Negotiation & Offer Management: Manage delicate salary talks, confirm prior employment records, and draft official offer letters in accordance with business standards.
