Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Shift Leadership: To guarantee that the production line is completely optimized, assign duties to production workers, oversee shift rotations, and keep an eye on individual performance.
Achievement of the Production Target: Track daily and hourly output against the production schedule and take prompt corrective action to address any bottlenecks or delays.
Quality Oversight: Make sure that operators are adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and that goods fulfill specified quality requirements by conducting routine floor audits.
Maintenance: Work with the maintenance staff to plan preventative maintenance and make sure all equipment is running as efficiently as possible with little downtime.
Safety and housekeeping: Use 5S principles to keep a clean, orderly workspace and enforce rigorous adherence to safety procedures.
Training & Development: To increase multiskilling and operational flexibility, onboard new employees and give the current staff continual technical training.
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
