Your Duties:
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Create and carry out planned maintenance plans to keep equipment from breaking down and employ data-driven methods to anticipate possible malfunctions.
Troubleshooting and Emergency Repairs: Oversee the rapid response team in order to identify and fix production floor mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic system faults.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate recurrent machine faults in-depth and put long-term technical fixes in place to stop them from happening again.
CMMS Management: To record work orders, monitor equipment history, and examine maintenance KPIs, use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Management of Vendors and Contractors: Oversee outside contractors and service providers for specialized repairs, installs, or yearly maintenance shutdowns.
Safety & Compliance: Verify that all maintenance operations adhere to environmental health and safety (EHS) guidelines and LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) protocols.
