Outbound Prospecting: Use a database or CRM leads to make a lot of outbound calls to prospective clients.
Pitching and Presentation: Make captivating and convincing sales presentations that emphasize the distinctive value propositions of the business's goods or services.
Lead Qualification: Determine whether a lead is "hot," "warm," or "cold" by asking focused inquiries to learn about their needs.
Objection Handling: To drive the conversation in the direction of a successful conclusion, confidently confront pricing pushbacks, "no" answers, and client concerns.
CRM Management: Accurately update customer information in the CRM by recording each call, note, and follow-up action.
Setting Appointments: Work with the senior management team or field sales to arrange in-person meetings or demos for qualified prospects.
Required Skills:
Verbal Persuasion: Outstanding language skills combined with a polite, professional, and clear phone presence.
Active listening is the capacity to discern a customer's "pain points" and provide a pertinent answer.
Resilience & Tenacity: High emotional intelligence to have a positive outlook and stay motivated despite failed calls.
Multitasking: The capacity to navigate a CRM, take notes, and converse with a customer at the same time.
Time management: The ability to prioritize follow-ups and control call volume in order to optimize daily productivity.
Basic Financial Acumen: The capacity to compute ROI, monthly installments, or discounts for a client over the phone.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
