Negotiation & Closing: Manage intricate discussions about contract conditions, discounts, and prices while preserving the business's profit margins.
Sales Pipeline Management: Organize a lead pipeline in a methodical manner, guaranteeing regular follow-ups and advancing prospects through the "Sales Funnel."
Payment Processing: Assist clients with the last steps of the transaction, such as confirming payment information and making sure all digital "paperwork" is finished.
Cross-selling and Upselling: Look for ways to raise the "Average Order Value" by recommending premium versions or related supplementary services.
Focus Skills:
Closing Ability: A track record of "asking for the sale" and overcoming last-minute obstacles to get a commitment.
Persuasive communication: art of using "power words," tone, and tempo to sway a customer's opinion over the phone.
Grit and resilience: The ability to keep up a high level of performance in the face of constant rejection and demanding goals.
Product expertise: capacity to swiftly grasp intricate product aspects and convert them into "Benefits" for the final user.
Commercial Acumen: Knowledge of sales arithmetic, including ROI, conversion rates, and the fundamentals of profit and loss.
