Duties:
Direct Sales Execution: Make outgoing calls to prospective clients in an effort to complete a deal at the first or second encounter.
Pitch Personalization: Modify traditional sales scripts to address the unique requirements and "pain points" of every potential customer.
Pricing and Negotiation: To get a commitment from the client, negotiate prices and provide approved discounts or bundles.
Lead Qualification: Make sure time is spent on high-value opportunities by promptly screening prospects to make sure they have the funds and power to make a purchase.
Pipeline Management: For "warm" leads that did not close on the initial call, keep a strict follow-up plan.
Payment Processing: To guarantee that the sale is formally documented, assist clients with the digital payment process or documentation needs.
Focus Skills:
Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle the "hard" part of the conversation and make the sale.
Communication: Outstanding verbal communication in a tone that is convincing, assured, and clear.
Resilience: The capacity to quickly recover from a "no" and sustain a high level of energy during a shift with more than 100 calls.
Data literacy: capacity to monitor sales activity and conversion rates using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
