LeadConversion: Oversee and cultivate a pipeline of leads, guiding them from the first point of contact to the final payment.
Cross-selling: To raise the AOV, find ways to provide superior goods or related services.
Payment processing: Help clients complete transactions while guaranteeing safe payment collection and precise order entry.
Relationship management: Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score by establishing a lasting bond with clients to promote recommendations and repeat business.
Sales documentation: To guarantee data integrity, keep track of all interactions, client preferences, and sale results in the CRM system.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
